This procedure applies to introduction of messages at the KI6EH BBS. Other instructions will be issued for introducing messages from a remote point such as a system node or another BBS.
Messages should be sent as a bulletin as SB XXXXXX @ SCEOC
XXXXXX is the tactical call of the receiving station
A bulletin will be posted listing all the tactical calls for that activation.
The body of the bulletin should contain the tactical call of the sending
station, the name and served agency of the sending and receiving party.
