This work is far from an original work. The vast majority of the text
contained in this work is drawn straight from the Santa Cruz County
ARES Handbook, by Bruce Wade (W6KFD) and Wayne Thalls (KB6KN), along
with excerpts from Jim Piper (KD6YKL)'s Watsonville ARES Standard
Operating Procedures and Field Handbook. However, errors and
ommissions lie soley on the shoulders of this author.
