Here’s a cleaner mix of the rough below.
Didn’t do anything with the mix afterward; I’m getting a cold and feeling kind of icky. So I just laid down a polyrhythm and left it at that.

Not feeling it again tonight. The drum line came out OK, but I’m not sure about the bass line going with the chords. Keeping this as an example to myself of “something to listen to again when you’re fresh to figure out what is wrong.”

Yesterday’s sketch, with processing. Adjusted levels & panning, played some live punch-in effects (tried both the punch-in and the tape effects of the OP-Z, but I think I do better with the punch-in fx), and a bit of cleanup in Audacity.
